Welcome to Mindful Mobility. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://mindfulmobility.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Mindful Mobility (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using this Site, booking a service, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We are a certified Muscle Systems Specialist offering in-person consultations and services by appointment only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or book a service. If you are under 18, you must have the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Services Offered

Mindful Mobility provides in-person consultations and services related to muscle system assessments and treatments. All services are provided by appointment only and are booked through our scheduling system (Acuity Scheduling via Squarespace).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason consistent with applicable laws.

4. Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Booking: All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking tool. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your information.

  • Payment: Unless otherwise noted, payment is due at the time of service. We may accept payments online or in person. Any applicable fees or taxes will be clearly disclosed.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may reduce your session time or result in rescheduling.

5. Health Disclaimer

Mindful Mobility does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are intended to support mobility, recovery, and general physical wellness but are not substitutes for licensed medical care.

Always consult your physician before beginning any new physical regimen or therapy. By using our services, you affirm that you are medically cleared to participate.

6. User Conduct

By using the Site or booking services, you agree:

  • Not to use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Not to impersonate another person

  • Not to submit false or misleading information

  • Not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Site

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site or our services if you violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, photos, logos, and graphics—is the property of Mindful Mobility or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

We use third-party providers such as Squarespace (for hosting) and Acuity Scheduling (for appointments). These services may collect and process your data. Your use of these features is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the functionality or content of third-party sites or tools linked from this Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Mobility shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Any errors or omissions on the Site

  • Injury or damages resulting from service misuse or failure to follow advice

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services, if applicable.
